Commercial Vehicle

The autoExpress™ standard services provide end to end procurement, sales and service cycle. Additionally, Manage Commercial vehicle assembly / bodybuilding process through Subcontracting or Production / Assembly Order. A subcontracting purchase order is issued on the vendor to carry out the job and the assembled vehicle is received against the purchase order. A production / assembly order is created which enables production / assembly and assembled vehicle is received against production / assembly order. Both processes provide end to end visibility and production / procurement cost.

PowerSport

The standard autoExpress™ services provide end to end procurement, sales and service cycle. In addition, manage PowerSport vehicle assembly with Assembly Order process and have end to end visibility over the process including cost of assembly, automated Vin allocation and mobile based Kit issue process based on FIFO rules.

Heavy Equipment

In addition to the standard autoExpress™ processes that provide end to end procurement, sales and service cycle, the Field Services App provides functionality to manage the Servicing & Repair of Heavy Equipment on-site. The app works on both, on-line and off-line basis catering to the needs of technician. Once the job is allocated to a technician, it is possible to issue parts, book labor time and close the job. It also enables the technician to create a Service Notification.

Leasing

Manage Vehicles & Heavy Equipment as Assets, manage depreciation and asset maintenance. Offer Vehicles & Heavy Equipment for Short or Long term lease, right from running a marketing Campaign to Periodic Billing - Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Test Drive, Lease Quotation, Master Lease Contract, Lease Contract, Lease Measurements ( Drive overtime, changes based on No of Seats / Passengers etc. ) and Lease Billing. Service Order Handling

Secure down-payment, check for missing part and release Service order for execution. Application supports full / partial warranty for labor or parts and split invoicing. BodyShop work supports invoice split for Insurance. Automated status updated ensures efficiently managed service process.

Work Order Scheduling

Upon release by workshop controller, Work orders are auto-scheduled and allocate Technicians based on defined parameters. App for resource scheduling helps reschedule job or re-allocate resources based on Customer priority. Parts are issued based on service needs using service parts App.
